Returns
- You have 14 days from the date received to return an item.
- Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, and with a proof of purchase.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping for returned or exchanged items.
Exchanges
- Items can be exchanged for a different size or for an item of equal value.
- Please email info@shop-lo-res.com and we'll check our stock to make sure you get the item you want.
Refunds
- If you would like a refund, email info@shop-lo-res.com.
- Returned items will be inspected when received. You will be notified of the status of the refund, and if approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping Info
US:
- $8 flat rate on all US domestic orders
- FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50!
CANADA:
- $25 flat rate shipping to CANADA
- FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100!
Order Processing
- Please allow 3-5 business days to process orders. Once the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at info@shop-lo-res.com.
Note: We are not in the office during the weekends. We also do not ship on holidays.
